1. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may initiate a return request within 14 days of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly customer service will be happy to guide you.
Received goods can be exchanged or returned in the following cases:
- The product is defective or damaged: the company is willing to replace the new product for the customer.
- The product does not match the description on the store website: to be considered by the company.
- Wrong product received: The company is willing to replace the new product for the customer.
Products that do not support exchanges or returns：
- Items that have been modified or repaired prior to replacement or return.
- Used or disassembled products.
- Items that are missing important parts or accessories, such as price tags and packaging, or defective items.
- Products purchased more than 14 days from the date of purchase on the store website
- In the absence of evidence (order list/payment invoice)
- Products that have been scratched, damaged or soiled due to customer actions.
- Specials, freebies, and conditional non-returnable event items
If the company finds that the returned product does not meet the above conditions, the company will not be able to refund you.

If the reason for the return is not caused by the company’s error, the customer will be responsible for the return cost of the item, and the company must charge the customer for the actual shipping cost of the return.
Your returned product will be inspected by the company within 3 business days from the date of return.

Important things to note when returning/exchanging
- – The product is in good condition and eligible for exchange or return.
- – If you want to exchange or return a product after purchasing, there must be evidence of return or exchange.
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
- Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-HomingClub products.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact HomingClub Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
How to change the product?

How will I get my refund？
Your request will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days.
Note: If the return is caused by human reasons,the original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
You are not responsible for the shipping cost in the following cases:
- The product received damage during shipping
- Items cannot be delivered due to force majeure
- Returns and refunds due to wrong product delivery
